We aim to present a cost-effective and agile alternative to large consulting firms burdened by high overhead and sluggish response times.
If you have experience with such firms, you are likely familiar with the typical process of engaging them for a project, involving a costly fact-finding mission where principals, accompanied by a team, travel to your site. Subsequently, a prolonged period follows, concluding with a comprehensive report presented in an aesthetically pleasing folder, often reiterating information already known to you. We prioritize efficient engagement and prompt action, recognizing the importance of addressing issues without unnecessary delays.
WHO WE ARE
TAL GROUP comprises seasoned manufacturing executives poised to promptly engage and effect positive change. We specialize in providing assistance with interim plant management, troubled supplier takeovers through the right of access, production throughput challenges, quality spills, tool moves, and other immediate concerns.
In the current business landscape, deploying in-house resources may not be feasible. Therefore, there is a need for on-site presence to facilitate communication and gather intelligence. We understand the urgency of addressing your priorities ahead of other customers at your supplier.
Our accomplished leaders bring extensive experience from both large and small manufacturing settings, operating in both union and non-union environments. They possess a comprehensive understanding of high and low volume production and are proficient in various production processes, including Automotive Assembly and Manufacturing plant management, Senior Purchasing and Supply Chain, as well as Senior Quality leadership.
WHAT WE DO
TAL GROUP is comprised of results-oriented, no-nonsense strong leaders who are ready to respond to production emergencies on the very day you engage our services.
